A sleepy Harry Potter?

Although I've yet to read "Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince," I've found the associated fan-craze extremely interesting. I won't get preachy about the book's minute-after-midnight release and the effect that had on our already sleep-deprived teens, but I can't help but point to an opinion piece in this week's London Telegraph in which Jim White wonders why Harry Potter's sleep patterns aren't like those of most kids his age. Here's an excerpt:

"Have you defeated the Dementors like I asked you?" Dumbledore demands - snappily - as he storms into Gryffindor to find Harry still in bed at midday.
"Er, no, not yet," Harry replies, sleepily.
"How many times do I have to tell you?" Dumbledore fumes, explosively. "If you don't do it, who do you think will?" "Take a chill pill, man," says Harry, insolently. "I've said I'll do it, yeah?" Harry then rolls over, falls back asleep and is roused only when Dumbledore comes back into his room an hour later and, in his fury, issues a spell that makes the bedclothes disappear.

(Chuckle) I agree, Jim!
