Spacey sleep!

As the shuttle Discovery blasts into the atmosphere and America resumes the space program, I thought it might be interesting to look at sleep aboard the space shuttle. Russ Williams quotes Discovery's commander, Jim Kelly on today's WQAD newscast from Moline, Illinois.

"I asked him one time if it was easy to sleep or hard to sleep. He says it's really easy because there's no weight on your body. They're strapped in, so you just float as your sleeping. He loves it, but then that's what he's been working for for the past 10 years," says Russ.

Speaking of sleep in spacey places, there's a story in USA Today about unusual hotels including the Dog Bark Inn in Cottonwood, Idaho where guests sleep in the body of the worlds biggest beagle! For other unusual sleeping locations, check out the Unusual Hotels of the World website. Have a great hump day! -Shawn
